I recognized this table straight away: just in front of the 9th Precinct Stationhouse located at 321 East 5th Street. The exteriour of the (former) stationshouse was used on the tv-series NYPD Blue. It's almost impossible to cheat overthere at the checker table!
ReplyDeleteIs neighbour and record store Gimmie Gimmie Records (at 325) still open? Found there back in 2006 some vinyl collector-items unfindable here in Belgium.

Hi--the 9th Precinct building is new. I will check for Gimmie Gimmie Records to see if they still exist. We have lost a few record shops in the past year. Will get back on this. I am glad you liked the photo and it evoked good memories.The EV rocks!
